UDA’s Introduction to Crisis Communication Training Program
Kudos to UDA for taking the initiative to conduct a half day training on Intro to Crisis Communication for all levels of employees. This is part of their yearly crisis communication awareness program meant to equip the employees with the necessary knowledge and information on crisis management. A total of 189 attended the online session.
It was my first experience talking to such a big group online and I enjoyed every minute of it. I hope the participants have a better understanding now of the importance of effective communication during a crisis and the danger of commenting on something that is beyond their responsibility or knowledge.
