He holds a Master of Mass Communication from UiTM and has served in various private and government linked companies; financial institutions and established organisations throughout his communication career. Abdul Latiff is also a certified trainer registered with HRD Corporation, Malaysia.

Akhbar Puteh is a Corporate Communications and CSR professional with 27 years of experience. At UMW Corporation, he headed the CSR unit, managing UMW Group’s CSR initiatives, including the UMW Volunteerism Programme and large-scale tree-planting projects, while excelling in stakeholder engagement, government relations, and media relations. He was a key committee member in UMW’s major rebranding exercise in 2008 and played a critical role in managing high-profile events attended by Malaysia’s Prime Minister and senior government officials, including the launch of overseas plants in China and India. His extensive experience also spans investor relations, event management, and public affairs. Akhbar holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from UiTM and is a certified HRD Corp Trainer. With a strong track record in strategic communication, he excels in building partnerships and driving impactful corporate initiatives.

Abdul Latiff bin Puteh is a distinguished professional with over 30 years of leadership experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising and Customer Service. He currently serves as a Council Member and an Appointed Member of the Accreditation Board of the Institute of Public Relations Malaysia (IPRM) and is an Accredited Trainer with the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) of Malaysia. He is also dedicated to developing future communication practitioners through part-time lecturing and industry speaking engagements.
Previously, Abdul Latiff was the Vice President/Head of Group Strategic Communication at SME Bank, where he managed diverse functions including Strategic PR, Media Relations, Crisis Management and Stakeholder Management. His strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in enhancing the organization's reputation and achieving its objectives. His involvement in initiatives such as Culture Transformation Projects and Change Management further underscores his commitment to organizational excellence.

He utilizes AI tools like ChatGPT and manages editorial calendars and digital assets for effective communication.
Previously, he led marketing campaigns at SME Bank Berhad and managed corporate communications at Gibraltar BSN Life Berhad, aligning strategies with organizational goals. Sofian holds a Master ’ s in Managerial Communication and a First-Class Bachelor ’ s in Communication from Universiti Utara Malaysia, along with professional translation certifications. Proficient in design and office tools, he combines creative and technical skills to enhance corporate reputation and stakeholder engagement.
