Making Crisis Theory Real: Our New Chapter with UniSZA

You know that feeling when a project just clicks? When it perfectly aligns with why you started your business in the first place? That’s exactly how we feel about our new partnership with Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA).

We’ve been appointed to collaborate with them on developing their new micro-credential program in Crisis Communication, for which, we’re incredibly honoured.

 This is More Than a Contract

For us, this is validation. It’s a nod from the academic world that says, “Your real-world experience matters and It will help shape the future.” It reinforces our belief that the best learning happens when textbook theory meets street-smart practice.

We’ve always been committed to raising the bar in our industry, and this is a huge step toward doing exactly that.

 Why We’re So Passionate About This

This isn’t about checking a box. It’s about:

  • Building a Real Bridge: We get to translate the intense, high-pressure crisis scenarios we’ve lived through into lessons that actually stick. We’re bringing the real world into the classroom.
  • Equipping the Next Generation: Whether it’s a student just starting out or a seasoned exec, our goal is to give them the tools to lead with confidence when everything is hitting the fan.
  • Giving Back to Malaysia’s Comms Scene: We’re proud to contribute to the ecosystem here and help build a deeper bench of communication talent for our country.
  • Passing the Baton: It’s about making sure the folks coming up after us are even more prepared and resilient than we were.
 What’s In the Program?

We’re working to make it comprehensive and brutally practical, covering everything from the initial crisis plan and dealing with the media, to handling a Twitter storm and the long journey of reputation recovery.
