Measuring R.O.I of PR Campaign

It is heartening to see the 1st year PR students of TARUMT tackling one of the more challenging PR topics, “Measuring the ROI of PR Campaigns” during their IPRMSA PR Forum held on 19/4/23. Thank you to the organising team for inviting me as one of the speakers to share my take on this important subject in PR practice. It is an honour for me to share the stage with Assoc Prof Dr Hamisah Hassan, the Senior Research Fellow of Taylor’s University. Kudos to Dr Nadiah, the lecturer cum advisor of the forum for guiding the students and successfully organising it.
