Passing the Torch: Nurturing the Next Generation of Communication Professionals
As I commence my role as a part-time lecturer at MMU’s Faculty of Applied Communication (FAC), my journey to foster a new generation of professional and ethically-grounded communication practitioners continue. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Mokhtarrudin, the Dean of FAC, for entrusting me with the responsibility of guiding and inspiring these young minds on their path to understanding the dynamic world of Mass Communication.
This is not just about imparting knowledge but also about igniting the passion and curiosity within these students, encouraging them to explore the ever-changing and exciting world of corporate communication. Throughout the semester, we will be discussing, evaluating, and challenging norms for a better and more effective approach.
I hope that this will create a strong foundation for the students as they continue to pursue their studies in communication and eventually become professional communicators in the future.
