The first: A signing ceremony that sets the stage for transformation. Pacific Trustees Berhad (Trustee of AmanahRaya REIT) and Urban Collection Sdn Bhd came together to pave the way for the re-development of the former Holiday Villa property in Alor Setar – a project that promises to reshape the local landscape.
The second: A proud sustainability moment. Vista Tower, a flagship asset of AKRM, received its GreenRE certification from REHDA, acknowledging its outstanding environmental performance and sustainability initiatives across multiple dimensions.
What made this event particularly special for our team? Watching our Founder step back onto the emcee stage after ten years, feeling the same passion that drives everything we do at WHITE & Associates. It was a powerful reminder that when you believe in the work, the words follow naturally.
